Return Policy

At Maudley, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Our return policy is designed to be fair and transparent, so you can shop with confidence.

  • You can initiate a return for a 100% refund within 7 days of receiving your item. We'll cover the return shipping cost for you.

    If you decide to return an item within 30 days of receiving it (past the initial 7 days), you are eligible for a partial refund. The partial refund includes the full cost of the item, but you will be responsible for the return shipping.

  • To start the return process, please fill out our return form below. We will get back to you with additional instructions and, if applicable, a return label.

    To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and still have all tags attached.

    Please note that items that are damaged or missing tags are not eligible for a refund. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for items past 30 days from the date of receipt.

  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is in good condition, we will issue a refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear through your original payment method.

  • If you need a different size, we offer free exchanges as long as the original item is returned in good condition. Simply fill out the custom project form here to request a different size, as sizes are made to order. In this instance, we will handle the return shipping, but you will need to cover the shipping costs of the new product.
